About me

I'm Claire, a very proud mum, rescue greyhound owner and crap runner. I also live and breathe writing and communications in both my personal and professional life.

I've done masses of corporate work, most notably for the Department for Work and Pensions, Next, Yorkshire Water and Leeds City Council, and I'm also a blogger and 40 plus influencer.

Since creating my blog my40pluslife.me, I've been a finalist in the Yorkshire Blog Awards, written for Woman and Home, the Yorkshire Times, Yorkshire Businesswoman magazine and others, and been featured in The Sun, The Daily Mirror, Best, Living North and the Yorkshire Evening Post. I also write for HN Magazine on all things lifestyle and host my own radio show.
